The GUI and mouse will be aligned and function just fine. If you use the hooks ability to adjust the game native FOV. The Klub's GUI and mouse will not match up and be almost unusable. In oculus overlay there is adjustment for Separation/IPD called "XShift". I set Tridef windowed on my Main screen and Oculus Overlay on my VR headset in extended mode. I was able to get that combination working with correct mouse and GUI scaling. If not, might I recommend trying Hook4 + Tridef Windowed SBS mode + Oculus Overlay Windowed. Vella, I was unable to get Vireio working with hook4. I hope this helps anyone trying to get a good VR experience with Sexvilla2/Klub 17. It's possible there are even more helpful mods but that may take many more hours of searching.
Additionally I found a No Culling mod This kept the characters body parts from disappearing in high FOV situations. I also had to disable DOF in the "main.fx" file because it was going crazy with Tridef. Almost as if it's JPEG compression artifacting. Anything over 110* begins to degrade image quality. I find that in any game using Tridef Oculus mode. This gave me 109* ingame FOV while in 3D scenes. I changed the "fov_override" value to "= 1.9". Simply edit the "hook_shaders.fx" file with notepad. The GUI scales correctly and is still usable even at 100+ degrees. Hook4 also activates DX9 and allows for proper FOV adjustment. has some useful mods to enhance the Klub 17 VR experience.
